It's not actually a non-steam server, unless you got proof. This guy banned him from his steamID and banned him also from his IP so the guy can't join the server, but he keeps changing his steam id and ip and the guy needs some help. Please don't post useless stuff unless you know what are you taking about. Thank you.

If he runs a non-steam server, he didn't publicized it here. Now if someone wants to share something in his Steam profile should he ask for permission from AlliedModders? The rules state that you aren't allowed to ask/support/advertise about non-steam on this forums not on your Steam Profile or any other site. And stop "Mini Modding".

You should follow your own advice. Because a player can't change his SteamID in a Steam only server.

also, if you noticed in original thread, the steamids are 9+ characters long which is only possible on non-steam
