Pertaining to an empires mod server. Can you please make it so the plugin does not count spectators in the player count when it determines what maps to be placed in the map vote according to minimum player count for maps?

Many times we end up with maps that are too big for the players that are actually playing because it is counting the players in spectate as well afaik.

Edit: Fixed! I just ended up reinstalling 3.4.6 version by powerlord and redoing my cfg files 1 by 1.

Can anybody help? Map Vote appears and we can vote but map does not change.

I am still having an issue if nobody votes the map never changes. I thought there was a CVAR for it to automatically pick a map or at least nextmap.smx was supposed to take over at that point?

THIS IS IN THE cksurf "OPTIONAL FILES" for a mapcycle generator. Where is a working generator that I can use for UMC??????? O.O

Please someone show me how to use the "UMC" mapcycle generator. I have no idea what I need to do in order for it to actually generate me a nice clean "Tier 1-4" mapcycle. It keeps going to a database error page and i'm not sure what database information i need to put inside the "config.php". I've seriously tried everything and there is NOTHING on the internet that TRULY explains how to do it properly!!!

I mean seriously guys. If you plan on even adding a plugin that you say works why doesn't this link even work?

I had the same problem. I tried this on my own website a while back http://chillgamers.tk/csgo/umc-gen/

But I dont know how to create the tables inside my SQL DB so that it works.

this is not umc's problem
this generator was created by the cksurf author
if you have problem with it ask in cksurf thread
also the link that the ck surf author gave was just an example
you the user is gonna have to setup your own website if you are going to use this generator
and all you have to do is edit the config.php file
if you use other's website they might not have the same maps as you

I am using this plugin for a good while(ver 3.4.6 sm1.7) in CSGO server and it works OK exept this weird problem with nominations. You can nominate maps and the vote starts fine but it never excludes played maps for me. I have sm_umc_nominate_mapexclude "4" in umc-nominate.cfg and sm_umc_endvote_mapexclude "4" in umc-endvote.cfg and even sm_umc_rtv_mapexclude "4" in umc-rockthevote.cfg but it seems it never follow these settings. Players can nominate played maps again and again no matter what. Does anyone came across this issue and maybe knows where the problem is?
