Cheat plugin exploit.

It has just came to my attention that you can download a client-side plugin that make it possilbe to bypass the sv_cheats 1 cvar. I am becoming very frustrated with this and would be very gratful for any help fixing this exploit and or blocking it or both!! I don't understand how and why this hasn't been addressed but i would love to hear anymore on the subject if someone dosen't mind helping a guy out. I have lost many pubbers to this and do not enjoy this glitch at much. Thanx in advance
