Your log file is correct. The files are read successfully and added completely to the downloadtable with the provided sourcemod function.

I tried to connect to your sv_downloadurl, but no response.

Therefore 2 options:
1.) Fix the http server.
2.) Delete the sv_downloadurl option and upload the files to the game server.

sv_downloadurl's url is using my personalserver's url. so, if I turn off my computer, downloadurl's url is shutdown too.

If you download the weapon models in the right folder, then standard models are not used. But be careful, the players have this models on every other server too. Therefore, I advise you to use a plugin for this purpose.
