I am seeing the "your choke is 155.8% vs 0.0%" What does this mean?

Also having crazy lagg spikes, I would be VERY GREATFULL if i can get some help with that also. Here's a c + p at the time of ping jump and lagg.:

Turn off respawn check. And this is not good idea to use SM and ES together.

Check freeze duration and plugins, who perhaps control this cvar. Replace freeze with some other punishment (i have sm_hp #%d 1).

Use sm_net_* cvars at your need. You can change it to kick player instantly, or warn for a time, before punishing.

I use sm for hlstatsx and your plug-in, other plug-ins sm off,
if you use sm_rate_check "2", sometimes noticeable lag server, I think many would be helped to use forcerate with your plugin and test for respawn after the first round.

two mapchanges but a cfg was not found
than i restartet the server and i found it.But there is a Problem

I cant cfg the plugin BEFORE the pluin starts because i dont have the cfg-file.
20 Players was freeze in spawn ^^

now its working
