run time error 5

hi, i have downloaded amx mod x from this website and after i install it it says "welcome to amx mod x 1.01 press ok to continue" so i press ok and it says "run time error 5 invalid procedure call or argument." what do i do?

install it manually, don't use the auto-installer, it doesn't seem to work
flawless.

ok can you please tell me how by step to step ive tried some other help guides and they dont work can you tell me what to dowload, where to dowload it and how to install it, if you could do that i would love you

ok, it keeps refering to a file called mods i dont have this folder anywhere.

did you even read the first paragraph?

if you had done so, you would have seen this:

Throughout the documentation we'll refer to your "mod folder" - this is the folder your mod is stored in, like "cstrike", or "dod", for example.

ok il show you my file strusture so far. C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\my account name here. now i have a choice of condition zero or dedicated server which do i go to?

Before you come here asking us to whipe your ass for you, please spend some time and read through the manual, and get to know AMXX even before you install it.

ok ive read hrough most of it now, and i understand alot more now but im still stuck on where to go from the C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\my account here then i get 2 options either condtion zero or dedicated server which do i go to?
