[REQ] get_user_weapon make clip and ammo optional

I think it would be nice if the last parameters, clip and ammo, of get_user_weapon were optional. I've seen many times where the clip and ammo parameters are not used or needed but must be retrieved.

change to optional:
get_user_weapon ( index, [&clip, &ammo] )

This change would be in the similar fashion of how get_user_attacker works, where weapon and hitzone are optional.

I second this motion. If this is comitted, don't forget to take a look at the mod-specific functions such as ts_getuserwpn as well.

I'm not too familiar with the non-NS mod packages, but the only natives I could find that needed changed were dod_get_user_weapon() and ts_getuserwpn()

If I missed any make a new thread for them.
