What the hell is this? Whenever i want to load a saved game or quick load in Half-Life, a message in console appears "Command blocked by GT Protector (Load)" vut?

Just a suggestion: Delete related .sav files → close Steam → delete the appcache folder → restart computer → run the game.

LOL dafug is this? current cs1.6 client still allow download .dll file? Are you sure? AFAIK current client already blocked downloading .dll file. If it attempt to download .dll a log message will appear in console.

I found the solution !
1.Go to your counter strike folder
2.go to (folder option) you my find it when you press (organaize) at the right up side {windows 7} or you can press (alt) then tools then (folder options)
3.press (view)
4.put (appear the hidden files)
5.delete the option (hide system files)
6.delete gtprotector.dll and gtprotector.ini and gtprotector.asi

I am sorry if the names between ( ) is not clear because my computer is not english so I just translated it !

I don't understand why are you removing GTProtector from Counter Strike. GTProtector is made to protect your CS from "malicious" commands which Valve hasn't blocked. I know it's third party library, but you can see list of hard blocked and soft blocked commands in .ini file of GTProtector.
