If I remember correctly sv_use_steam_voice 1 already normalizes the audio from other players.

Ironically, I use it for my server especially BECAUSE it works better when micspamming. The qualthe mic on all the time with a script.

no interface yet to make this usable, as im a lot more busy than i thought, but i released it already, hopefully not too much until autogain can be used as well

Updated the first post which adds support for servers with the sv_use_steam_voice cvar enabled.

I've mostly added this for fun, because there may not be a huge difference as steam voice does manage volume to an extent. You'll have to test for yourself!

why do you need inline asm? you really didnt want to link against stdc++ and hl2sdk i guess lol

The voice function on CS:GO/Windows is a weird _fastcall that doesn't detour correctly without it. And yes, avoiding 7 different builds on each platform was definitely worth it
