So I used to roam the AMX mod X part of these forums, and I know that part pretty well, which means I should have the knowledge on how to install metamod:source and sourcemod with the documentations.
However this does not seem to be true.
I downloaded the sourcemod package first and extracted it, but it didn't seem to come with metamod, so I got the metamod package and extracted that into my server as well.
Server is CS: GO.
I am on Windows 10.
The server is on this path:
C:\CSGO 1\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive Beta - Dedicated Server
And metamod is on this path:
C:\CSGO 1\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive Beta - Dedicated Server\csgo\addons\metamod
I edited gameinfo.txt:

But here is the output from my server:
Unable to load plugin "addons/metamod/bin/win64/server"
And of course meta list or meta version does not work, let alone sm commands.
So I guess it does find the metamod, or does it? The old AMXX also just wrote "Unable to load" if the file wasn't there. I checked, the file server.dll is there as the only file in this folder.
This is a brand new downloaded stock server.
What am I missing here? I followed the documentation to the letter.
