I was told by my host that port 27500 is open for incoming and outgoing tcp/udp. I will talk to the gameserver host and see if anything is the issue over there.
i have the same problem on css one server but all other (4) works i did this all works
i add autoexec.cfg to cstrike/cfg witch this command removeip yours-server-IP
