I've been looking for about 30 mins, because this https://omegle.love was happening with sourcemod rankme plugin omegle.2yu.co on my CS:GO server and found the solution which I wanted to share with you

cmon man...

give us more info
other than that no one will help you

it could be database.cfg setup wrong
it could your mysql privileges
it could be alot

just give us what you did
