CSGO - No mapchange?

Is there anyone else with problems with mapchanges?

"mp_timelimit" "20"
"mp_maxrounds" "0"
"mp_halftime" "0"

When I type "nextmap" I get something like de_dust2_se, but when time is up, it just reloads the current map again (on all maps i tested).

Thx alot. It was set to "1".
