Well i just need to find out how to pause all the plugins that are loaded on the server so that my clan mates and i can use the server to scrim. I figure it would be easier to add a command in the lo3.cfg so that it can remove the plugins.. Also i would like to add a command to a pregame.cfg to reload the plugins.. is this possible.. Also i apologize if this has been posted before....

Try in lo3.cfg putting amx_off

Make another cfg file where your normal settings are.. Put amx_on in it. When you scrim, exec lo3.cfg, when you're done, normal.cfg.
