hey, how do you get like the headshot, multikill sounds in amxmodx, i could not find their setting is the amxmodmenu under stats or any of the other items. any help is appreciated.

open the admin menu in in console (go into console and type amxmodmenu)

then go back in game, there should be a menu on the left side of ur screen, press 9 for "more options" and then stats. There are many stat features you can turn on, dont put them all on, or else it will probably lag and it will be too many features. Once ur done picking them out, click 8 to SAVE YOUR SETTINGS!!111 Very important. Hope that helps and happy new year
