My Server Will Not Start!?

I added the hat pack recently posted and am now getting the following error in console:

Using a 1.2.3 version of Sourcemod, recompiled your source with my version's compiler before installing, I'm checking the appropriate parts of the scripts to see if there's anything I can fix.

(Also, besides that heavy overflow producing nearly 4mb worth of a single log today, the plugin appears to be working fine in-game)

We love this plugin, and we've been trying it out on 2 of our 9 servers for a few weeks. We'd like to roll it out to the rest, but our combination of 'serious business' and 'shenanigans/fun' players fight over seeing the hats. (The 'serious' folks still think a randomly dropped hat somehow is a gift from the gods of TF2 and they deserve to be the only ones, lol)

Is there a way (or could there be a way) for clients to decide whether or not they see the hats from the plugin? Sort of like the way the quakesounds plugin allows a client to disable them? If so... our problem is solved! Awesome plugin, by the way.

It may be possible using Dukehacks, but I don't know if it'll give any inconsistency problems between clients.

I'm not sure if this has been asked already? But is it possible to 'equip' the soldiers medal? Like an actual use for 'slot2' or whatever?
