A couple of bugs (unless I am doing something wrong) that seem to only affect the Demoman class. It appears all hats stay the correct team color upon death EXCEPT Demoman's Afro (it turns red when on blu team upon death). Also it seems all hats stay visible upon death (or some fall off their head which I think is the same as official) except for Demoman's hats. His hats just disappear instantly upon death showing his beanie.

If this can be fixed upon the next release it would be the plugin perfect!

I didn't understand very well, are you talking about my bug report: Being able to choose any hat for any class if you open the equip panel and changing classes without closing the panel (even if in the cfg you set it shouldn't happen)?

I'm trying to add custom hats to the list. I install the hats like its stands i should but when I gonna equip them the server crashes Pls help

>> All the hats that "follow" with the plugin works great tho so thx really much for the plugin anyway

Hey there, just read the all 50pages of this topic and i didnt find any answer to my problem.

Let's see :

I'm running the V115 whit the Item list + tf2_equipmentmanager.
Plugin's doing right except for customs hats.

I tried the "dreads_hat" one following steps i saw on the topic and, when i join my server ( after restarting it ), i have the right name in the "slot 1" :

1.Bonnet
2.Scottman
3.Afro
4.Dreads

When i'm choosing 4.Dreads, there were few issues :
First i had :

Error Vertex File for 'player\items\demo\demo_afro.mdl' checksum -1163327396 should be 1038761261
Or, my "dreads_hat.mdl" is located @ 'player\items\custom\demo\dreads_hat.mdl'

I restarted the server w/o changing anything and had the "ERROR" model on my head.

I re-uploaded everything, edited my whitelist.txt, restarted the server and now, my menu is okay, have the four choices but when i'm choosing 4.Dreads it says -> "[TF2] You equipped yourself with "Dreads" (Slot 1)" but doesnt do anything and my console's spamming "

What's wrong plz ?

Is there any work around for getting flagged only admins to use the EM? Everything I try means all admins get access , or everyone whos on the server(!)

I want it so only special/donor admins get access really.

the server doesn't authorize you to use a different file that the original file
(checksum = File Integrity Checker)

The solution would be to decompile the hat to change the file names
so they do not match to the original file in the server.

then there will only change the file TF2_ItemList.cfg

I search a way to decompile/recompile "file.mdl"
(motoX hat skin hat http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/72683)

After this, It should be working

if someone can find a tutorial for tf2 would be great

MAJ: Ok I Find and test recompile "motox scout hat"

Use this plugin for customers who download custom files

Download attach file for files and tf2_itemslist.cfg

I will add soon tutorial who wants to add customs hats

What do you use to decompile ?

Is SDK could be used to ?
