Ive already lost a server to this guy and i want my day in court over it.

what makes yo so sure motorcfreako was the one who attacked your server. it couldve been anyone who happened to make up that name or use his name. do you have actual proof this is the same motorcfreako that attacked your server.

I havent attacked any server, I don't even know how.
I found a thing on google to kick people of aim, but it only works part of the time and I didn't kick but one of my friends named SixFlagsFeista off and I tested it on myself.
