In Left 4 Dead 1, for some reason VALVE did not add the slowdown in the water on their maps, with this plugin that restriction is added, slowing down any player who is submerged in the water by half.
- Disable plugin functions (l4d_water_speed_enable 0)
- Enable slowdown on maps with water that don't have this attribute in L4D1 (l4d_water_speed_enable 1)
- Disable slowdown on maps with water that have this attribute in L4D1 (l4d_water_speed_enable 2)
