Update: I just got mine working by doing this:
Do a completely new SourceMod install
I renamed the existing
csgo/addons/sourcemod folder to
sourcemod-old, and re-upload stock/original (git-6930) SourceMod, which re-created the [b]sourcemod[b] folder with default contents.
So, presumably its some custom or 3rd-party
plug-in or maybe
extension that's actually crashing things.
