Nice plugin..
It would be nice to add a selection of text messages output from chat, hint, menu (draw panel), etc..

And you can also overlays, Game on the Source engine (DOD: s)

I cant get this plugin running.

time-left-actions.smx (Time Left Actions): Required extension "Sound Info Library" file("soundlib.ext") not running

I downloaded the latest Version from here:

Also i downloaded the latest Soundlib Release from here:

And the Config Extension:

I have a Linux Server.

Any clues for me?
