A random player every random minutes will get a migraine
What it does

It will turn your screen side to side
it will take 1hp away every second till your migraine has gone
it will have a sound saying oh you got a migraine

Any thing else you want added you can add to it.

and i've got a migraine it hurts.

Seeing things like this make me realize that every good idea for HL mods has either been done or is impractical. What's next, "Walk Your Dog Mod" or "Piss Mod"? Oh, wait...
