this is a legit question so default sv_gravity in L4D2 is 800 but this "tickrate" plugin is basically saying if its not 750 set it to 750?????

#1 not sure what this actually solves
#2 somehow doubt it has anything todo with tickrates? and would belong in a seperate plugin

I have never seen gravity being an issue with tickrate, however i have used several methods to fix tickrate issues in l4d2 and i have to say any tickrate above 67 and you start to see problems needing a fix, who honestly needs a higher tickrate. I leave my server set at 67 and have zero bugs from tickrate requiring no hacky fixes whatsoever. Best thing you can do if you wanna keep a higher tickrate, test that gravity setting at 800(normal), then back at 750 to see if there really is an issue, but again...I wouldn't waste my time with a higher tickrate than 67, the problems introduced and the hacky solutions to fix them just simply aren't worth it imo. ok which has nothing to do with your question...u tagged this L4D2. Default tickrate in L4D2 is 30. like i said anything above tickrate 67 in l4d2 and u need fixes to correct issues because of higher tickrate, if this is a CSGO question i cant really help. As to your question about the gravity change in that plugin, it makes no sense to me either because i've never noticed a gravity issue even with a tickrate of 100...but i prefer 67 to not have to hack any fixes in.
