[PAID] Partial Prime Account Protection

Hi,

I'm looking for a developer to be able to create a plugin which will check non-prime accounts and not allow them to join if they do not have a public profile (for games). Once they have enabled public profile (for games), check if they've at least 50 hours on record then kick them out.

I know there is old resources that do this, however I don't want to have a whole entire plugin with additional features and outdated code on my servers. I believe there is some issues with existing plugins and Steam's new privacy update, so this may not even be possible.

Simply mixing this with this could work, it dont seems a hard work, if you need help let me know.

Will this work with their new privacy changes?

Yes if the player have the playtime public, the link with the format http://api.steampowered.com/IPlayerService/GetOwnedGames/v0001/?key={STEAM_API_KEY}&appids_filter[0]=730&steamid={steamid64} works well and the prime status check works too.

Also you have here other option, with the public level instead of the playtime.

Will this work with the country flags addon though?

EDIT: Seems like it doesn't, might be worth adding a cvar to disable the country flags for non-prime users?

EDIT 2: I made a fork of your plugin and make it not give a flag for people under rank 2 so this can detect the players. Cheers for the nice find!
