there times when Tomás the pills and you do not have fast recharge

This is because of l4d_powerups_pills_luck convar, if you are using the default config, you have a chance of 33% (1/3) to be given a powerup when using pills (adrenaline is always 100%).
To make it like adrenaline just change the convar on the ".cfg" to 1.

Adrenaline & Pills Powerups Improved Version 2.2.1 (2022/6/27)

* Remke code
* Fixed error
* Fixed Memory leak
* Powerup returning to normal when player changes team or dies
* Adrenaline makes you react faster to knockdowns and staggers (Combine with [L4D2]Adrenaline_Recovery)
* Message display type (chat or hint box or center text)
* (L4D2) Set adrenaline effect time longer then default 15s

Is it supposed to powerup the entire team, instead of just the person who took the consumables? or is this a bug? This also happens in the original plugin...

So while playing with bots on my own listen server, with this plugin active, if I take adrenaline or pills and get the powerup, and then I switch to another bot, the new bot also has that powerup, which makes me believe that the powerup affects the whole team, not just the one person who consumed the pills/adrenaline. Haven't tested this with real players tho, since I play mostly singleplayer.

The powerups are tied to the client index. Since you are taking over another bot while you have the powerups, they still work for you. If they were tied to the survivor bot, then anyone who would take over a bot with those powerups would have access to them as well.

As Crasher_3637 says. the plugin tracks the client index, but thank you for reporting,
I didn't consider that player changes team or player dies, now I already fixed.

-Fixed shotgun reload speed issue
