I did this and even then the problem continues, the plugin does not work.

can you post the log file, in your sourcemod/logs directory, and wich mod you are using, because if you have surf mod it won't work !

Solved, I did it!

Now I just have another problem.

Specters can talk to all teams, even if they are alive, or even in the private chat, say_team.

Both CT and T even writing in say_team the opposing teams can see, in the case sends the message to everyone, even being in say_team as said.

I believe it's a BUG in the Plugin Chat-Processor: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2448733

I've already contacted him to check, so far nothing.

Or would it be some BUG from the same HexTags Plugin?

That's a bug with chat-processor.
