i need a plugin which will say the admin if any players press f1 to f12
a message will come to all the admins with flag ADMIN_BAN

That plugin detects the action, not the key. It is only showing the default key, so if you have it bound to something else, it will never know

if anyone connects my server a file will get downloaded for him which will check what keys he presses
