so strange: after last update.... source engine or sourcemod... i don't know...
i have troubles at server's console:

if i call sm_who, it show me (command called via HLSW) BROKEN user names who have an UTF-names (use his own language, not english).

sm_who is a sourcemod command, maybe there is a problem with sourcemod and UTF names :S

We still get a blank page whenever we access anything from the initial page sterted in the browser with RC1c, here is the output from the debug=1:

Fatal error:  Cannot use object of type CUser as array in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\sourcebans\includes\system-functions.php on line 77

Got this fixed, it was caused by 'register globals' being set.

Yea :p - In the next version i am making some big changes to the way users are handled inside sourcebans, which should make pages alot faster to load, and also it wont matter if register_globals is on or off, it will still work

I am unable to add any additional admins. The message comes up to say they have been added and the log shows I've added them but they are not in the database and they don't show up through the interface.
Also in the admin view, the group is showing "No Group/Individual Permissions" but I have groups set and they can be seen when I click on the admin and Edit Groups.

OK, tried the newest version, here are the errors I get. I finally tracked down the errors for importing amxbans bans. For some reason, its not using the table I specify, its still using the table its installed to. Dunno why.
