[Solved] CS:GO server crashes even with all plugins disabled

Every time I try to change them map I get this Segmentation fault error.

Code:

[SM] Default time limit for this map: 30 mins
[MAPRATE] Using table name "mg"
Wrote minidump to: /root/csgo/csgo/addons/sourcemod/data/dumps/5d8335ea-9924-5dae-585c59a6-340r65e3.dmp
Segmentation fault
Add "-debug" to the /root/csgo/srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem

I updated SourceMod and MetaMod to the latest stable releases. I even tried to disable ALL my plugins at once. The issue persists.

I do have Throttle logs, but I'm not sure how I could use that to my advantage. Interestingly enough, Throttle reports that others started having this same issue just after the latest CS:GO update:

It seems to be happening only when changing to some maps. How can I check if the entity limit is being reached by the map due to Valve adding more into the game?

You link them so we can help you.

If it's the crash you're showing the graph of it even has a big notice telling you what caused it, where to get more info, and how to fix it.

I don't see the notice. It may be because I'm running an older version of Accelerator. I could try updating Accelerator if that helps?

Yes, that is my fault. I must admit, I was way more occupied with trouble shooting than anything else. Making it red to contrast with the other two blue notices might help with that.

OFF-TOPIC:
I had a similar incident but with an entirely different notice (and different color).
Basically the notice was about why some crashes has no debugging symbols (even for SM), the notice had yellow text + background (lighter yellow) that I completely missed it.

I have changed the colours around (so solutions are always green) and increased the text contrast.
