Please help the experts. I register the IP address of my server in the lobby (mm_dedicated_servers: IP : PORT) . I click Start the game and the map is not loading. In the server console I see this:

And it doesn't go anywhere. You have to restart it five or ten times and then it starts working until you go to the lobby again and try to choose another campaign.

The IP address is white, I use static.
I also did a "File Integrity" check on Steam. It doesn't help.

Is this SRCDS from steam tools ?

Or did you install SRCDS from SteamCMD?

Try remove -steam parameter from srcds.
I use that parameter in l4d2 game itself, when launch game from shortcut.

In general, it turned out that this is due to the fact that the server and the player who creates the lobby are on the same local network. They say it is necessary that the server and the player have a different IP. But I'm not sure for sure, I'll check now on two network cards or IP addresses.

I changed the server port from 27015 to 27245, so far it connects without failures. Five campaigns today passed without problems with the reservation of the cookie lobby.
