[CSGO] Create own Radio with custom Sounds

Hello,

Does anyone know a plugin on where i can create my own radio and put my own soundfiles in it?

I jsut know this one but this is replacing the existing radio commands.

I more need a new window appearing with custom text.

Untested.

Command:
sm_radio [opens radio menu]
Admin Command:
sm_reloadradio [reload radio config file]

custom_radios.cfg file in addons/sourcemod/configs

Changelog:
- Added `command` option that hooks the specific radio on a console command.
- Added `volume` option to set volume of radio sound individually.
- Added cooldown ConVar (`sm_customradio_cooldown`) for radio to avoid spamming. [No config file will be generated so put this convar in some valve config file; for eg. server.cfg]

- Forgot to delete KeyValues variable at the end. [Can cause memory leak]
