I'm trying to put this mod on my server , do I need to just put them in the "custom" folder and it will download / work for the user?

the mod is .vpk files

ps: is it possible to set use rebel models only for deathmatch ( not team dm )

lastly could rcbot and / or the player clients have them randomly assigned if skinchooser plugin is the only option?
