my friend has a server and we are trying to add some vip skins. There is a problem which is that the skins appear only for him but not for other players. Please help!

They need to actually have the models downloaded onto their computer. Does the game your playing have any plugins that deal with downloading files?

Why would you post the code as an image?!
Apart from the terrible coding method, there is no problem with the code that will prevent the files from being downloaded.
