Thank you COnw0nk, I shall be following your guide for my Windows 2003 server.

EDIT:

In Windows 2003, netsh interface tcp show global cannot be found. I am logged in as a administrator.

Any ideas?

Yeah i noticed that i am sure there are plenty of programmers here who will be able to compile or make a working 32bit version for us.
