As far as i know there is no way of detecting headshots in HL2-DM sorry about that :/

Hm, may be need search a same plugin but with working headshot sounds? and read her code, i know about Keeper Sounds plugin, it's have working head shot sounds, may be, you try use code of this plugin? or it is not actual?

In the player_death event for HL2-DM, there is attackerid, victimid, weapon and nothing elae, but nothing that would let me determine if a shot was a headshot or not :/

Just to clarify with the exception of cso which might be on a later orange box pack, this is orange box only games, no l4d/2?

The list of supported games in the main post show the games which definately work with it.

It *should* work with all SOURCE games, so just install it and give it a try, let us know how it goes!
