!mute <user> <time>?

Hello people,

I've seen on some servers admins being able to mute/silence/gag people for a certain time. Right now I am only capable of muting and unmuting people, without being able to set time duration of the mute.

So, how do I go about adding <time> to !mute <user> command? Is it something servers edit personally for their servers or is there a different plugin version floating around here?

It's my ExtendedComm plugin or the PERMA MUTE plugin running around.
