[Request] 1Error plugin [VIPSystemPlugins]

Hello,Today i saw this plugin https://forums.alliedmods.net/showth...ght=vip+system in this forum, But This plugins have only sma files , and When i want to make compiler i got same error in all plugins...

Done.

So please Help..

Tip.
When u ever get this error so remember that the certain .inc (include) file is missing from ur include folder.
