Hello, could you tell me why when are 2 or more players on my server and they try to write : bind x +grab in chat they got kicked with this message : reliable channel overflowed
And sometimes its lag on server, i mean i change the map and after 1-2 min the lag comes.

Writing that in chat shouldn't do anything unless you have a plugin doing something based on it. Find that plugin.

Make sure your PC or VPS can handle that server, meaning both hardware and network wise.
