Are you looking to do this with a plugin to display a single trigger or all triggers?

If all, you can use showtriggers_toggle in a client's console.

What I usually do is look directly at the trigger in first person view and use "ent_dump !picker" in console.

This one is hit and miss, sometimes it will correctly trace to the trigger and dump the right entity, sometimes it will dump info for whatever entity is directly behind it.

If it doesn't work I'd normally open the BSP in a binary capable text editor and look for the entities lump and find the trigger based on origin or make some guesses about it's targetname and then confirm it's the right trigger by "setpos <origin>".
