Sniper mode for [ZP] 4.3 ?

Can somebody give me Sniper Mode for Zombie Plague 4.3, or if already exist, to give mi download link. I mean this:

It cant be made without editting the main plugin !

What do you mean ? You can set the lighting by editting this cvar zp_lighting
