Hey guys and gals....quick question. How do I bind my sm_admin menu to a key? Now I have done this before but I screwed it uyp. It had originally been a regualr say phrase, but I want it to be a team phrase only, not so both teams see it...can anyone help??? Thanks

Don't use say at all, just put "bind <key> sm_admin" in your autoexec.cfg and it'll work fine and no one will see it.
