[L4D2]Noblock and IDLE time

Hi,

Is there a working Noblock plugin for L4D2?
I try 2 or 3 that I found on this forum but doesnt works.

Other question, how can I change the time, after the game put client to IDLE state?
I try AFK mAnager and these cvars, but doesnt works.

Code:

sm_cvar director_afk_timeout "60"
sm_cvar mp_allowspectators "1"
sm_cvar sv_spectatoridletime "10"

Anybody know working solutions?
