Seen this on a CSGO surf server before and can't find one anywhere online.

I'm wanting something that gives a specific user a knife skin (bayonet, bayonet m9, flip and all the others, not skins, just the knife). I want it so that the knife will save so it can't be lost. I want to manually give specific users knives because I'll manually give players a knife skin after they donate and I want to give knife skins to specific admins.
