I would like to know how to use a section of a sprite collage.
For example "640hud1.spr" contains many different pictures of weapons.
Instead of cutting out what I need and create new sprite files I would like to use the existing one.

If someone could teach me this I would be very grateful.

I think the feature is only supported for some HUD features like WeaponList, StatusIcon, Scenario. The "cutting" is done by the client using the configuration from .txt files in the sprites directory, you can't do it for any sprite.
