Help with Jailbreak Server

Hi all,

I am starting my Jailbreak server on CSS, with a few guys. I am wondering if someone who has experience with JB servers, if they could help me and give me advice on it? I have literally looked into it read some information and my mind went blank. I am of course, willing to pay someone if they are very experienced in the knowledge of it as I have alot of questions. I don't want someone who just knows how to set a server up....
