Small BOX in motd

hello so i have this in my motd.txt

But i when i watch the motd, its just a small box, not full size.
i can scroll but i want it bigger!!!!

You are using strange characters (most of your quotes) that are not acceptable in HTML (or any markup or scripting language).

You are using percentages wrong.
