i found some anti cheats for my servers but this inculde sounds..
can i remove the sounds without the sma?(timePass ac)

or there is another good anti cheat without sounds?

there is no real plugins which block cheats without bugs: Block Wallhack v8 [CS & CZ].
I love these too:

• Lucia Hallucination (Anti-Wallhack Helper Tool).
• Peeping Tom 2 - Pseudo-Wallhack For Admins - Final Version
