I went and got sourcemod, along with a few plugins and decided to screw around on MVM, but for each map that I loaded up, always had 2 bombs, and only one of them could actually be carried. The other just teleports to the robot that might supposed to be carrying it. But since it is also labeled as 'not being carried', the bots just group together and make little to no progress whatsoever. Whenever you kill the bomb carrier, the bomb just teleports to a random robot and just follows it. this teleporting thing seems to apply to the real bomb too. What is the reason behind this?

Do you have any server plugins that affect item_teamflags / intelligence briefcases?

I highly doubt that, All i added were the plugins most server run, such as UberUpgrades, the Resize Commands, Taunts, and Instant Respawn. Some others include SetCash, Taunt Poser, and Enhanced Bots (The one that improves bots' AI)

OK, I asked because MvM bombs are just intelligence briefcases (aka team flags) with a different model.
