Plugin is too easy and could be made by anyone that learned amx overnight.

All you did urself was the hudmessage, the rest is copy pasted.

But if you're confident in your plugin, you should:

1. Use correct prefix for ham_spawn, and check if player is alive there.
2. you're including amxmisc with no reason at all.
3. ColorChat9 -> ColorChat.
4. !g[Welcome ( !t%s !g)] -> !g[Welcome (!t%s !g)]
5. Add a description of what the plugin does.
