I had an old windows bin laying around and I grabbed the ammo indexes from that one (now you can line them up). I ran into an issue with weapon restrict since I used the grenade indexes and they were shifted by 2 in csgo. Hopefully (if you haven't already) this will help you fix the issue the two that were added were _small ones.
